Hi, I’m Madison - the founder of The Madness Method. I am so glad you are here!
Let’s get straight to it. Life has been tough for me. I have endured a lot of trauma, I have experienced things [both challenging and rewarding] that many have not. And despite the hardships I am very proud of the individual I have grown into. My unique life experiences, like anyone else’s, have shaped me. For me personally they have granted me great abilities to carry empathy, for both myself and others. I believe my empathy is my superpower.
Leaving my parent’s nest, I was the first to attend college in my family. I left college with a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship and went into the corporate world. Working my way up the traditional “ladder” I learned very important skills, had great experiences, but ultimately became VERY burned out. So after five years of this internal battle in knowing that I can contribute and impact so much more in this world, I decided to take the leap and pursue my dreams of ‘being my own boss’.
Which brings me here, writing this to you. My innate desire and urge to share my life lessons and tools in trauma, heartbreak, finding the balance, practicing mindfulness, and so much more has only grown stronger with age. I have worked very hard on myself and my well-being, ensuring I can show up for myself and those around me in the best way possible. To not waste any day or miss out on any opportunity because something from the past or present is holding me back.
My goal in doing this work is to create and share that same impact with my clients. The impact that having an intentional, mindful and present life can have on the mental [and creative] capabilities of us all.
I know I am destined to aid others in their personal journeys of achieving their highest self, both in their minds and bodies, as well as their personal spaces. And I would love for you to come along with me!
